Healing often involves easing pain, alleviating symptoms, or addressing problems on the surface. True wholeness, however, goes much deeper – it is a state in which body, mind, and spirit come into harmony, leading to genuine inner transformation and an understanding of life’s interconnections, and sometimes even of the universe itself.
