The following information concerning the back-to-back IUCP events we’re having this Saturday (2 March):

• This service will begin at the usual time (11.00). We will keep the it short and sweet, seeing as we’d like to get the IUCP Annual General Assembly (GA) started at 11.45. Both events will be hybrid.
• The zoom link has already been sent out to all members. Please check your inbox and spam folders.
• The order of service is attached to this message, with the proposed GA agenda on the second page. Hard copies of both will be available at the church on Saturday.  
  
• Please note that one item (marriage equality) has been added to the agenda since that document was first circulated. It’s clearly marked on the attached copy.
  
• The second document attached to this message contains draft texts related to two agenda items (animal ministry and marriage equality). Hard copies of this document will be available on Saturday as well. 
  
• The rest of the documentation for the GA was sent in two emails: one from Susan Loy (sent 16 February) and one from Mark Shiels (sent 22 February). If you didn’t receive these messages or would like to have them resent, please contact us and will be happy to forward them to you. We will not have hard copies of these additional documents available for everyone; if you want them on hand, please print your own copies.
  
• A light lunch will be served at the church. Omnivore, vegetarian, and vegan options will be included.
